OUR CONTRACT TERMS

Refund Policy:

No refunds are allowed after one week from the date of the contract.

Payment of Balance:

If the customer doesn’t pay the remaining 60% of the deposit within one week, the company will postpone the delivery date. The customer will be subjected to a 2% fee of the total Sales Order value for each week the payment is delayed.

Delivery Schedule:

The rest of the amount must be paid fourteen days prior to the agreed delivery date as specified in the contract. Failure to pay on time will result in a new delivery date being set.

Late Payments:

Any late payments of the remaining balance will be subjected to L.E 20 per SQM (weekly) storage charges, starting ten days after the agreed delivery date.

Warranty:

The company guarantees the quality of wood for five years and the upholstery for three years (against manufacturing defects only).

Agreement and Modifications:

Signing a copy of the contract means the customer agrees to all order details.
Any modifications or additions sent by the sales person via email or WhatsApp must be acknowledged within one week, otherwise, the original order stands.

Customer Obligations:

Customers must agree to the product specifications within a week from the contract date. Failure to do so will result in a new delivery date.

Storage and Disposal:

The company has the right to dispose of goods if not received by the customer within two weeks of the agreed date unless a new date is set.

Product Reception:

Receiving the goods at the customer’s premises indicates approval and that the products are free from manufacturing defects.

Force Majeure:

Due to changing market conditions, the company reserves the right to replace fabrics with alternatives of the same quality and price, upon customer agreement.

Prohibited Actions:

It is forbidden to load merchandise before the full amount is settled.

Delivery Responsibility:

The company is responsible for delivering the product to the customer’s house but not for ensuring the product fits through narrow stairs or doors.
Any additional costs for winching or other methods to get the product inside the house are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Policy:

The company ships all products across Cairo only, free of charge.
