As a sales consultant in our furniture showroom, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their purchasing journey. You will provide product knowledge, offer design advice, and address customer inquiries to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and an understanding of furniture trends and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about furniture products, including features, materials, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-organized.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Report about the clients preferences and feedback. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a furniture or home decor setting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of furniture features and design trends.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
